Staedtische Werke Magdeburg GmbH, the service organisation of the City of Magdeburg, Germany signed a contract with 3T Communications AG for a regional eXTRAS System.
The system covers the City and the neighborhood.
eXTRAS will be used as a powerful backbone for all the Service Organisations. The first users will be garbage collection department.
Magdeburg will use eXTRAS in the future for voice and data communication with the buses and trams as well.
3T Communications AG works together with Kellner Telecom for local integration and maintenance.
